Your primary goal is to build and nurture quality candidate talent pools that consistently feed our open and anticipated global vacancies. As a senior member of the team you'll ensure we consistently acquire high quality talent, offer a compelling employee value proposition and deliver excellent candidate experiences at high velocity.

The nuts and bolts?

  • Champion ezyVet’s culture and values alongside key stakeholders involved in recruiting talent
  • Understand key business drivers and people requirements to acquire top quality talent on a global basis, enabling our teams to scale successfully
  • Design, implement and manage a framework of tailored and effective talent sourcing/recruitment tools and processes to support the needs of the business, including:

Talent Planning & Acquisition/Recruitment

  • Development, promotion and management of the ezyVet employment brand globally
  • Talent sourcing and advertising, shortlisting, testing, interviewing and offer management
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies using a range of online and offline channels
  • Manage digital and other advertising e.g. job sites
  • Craft bespoke assessment tools that will effectively evaluate and identify desired candidate competency levels
  • Coordinate brand awareness campaigns promoting a compelling employee value proposition

Retention initiatives/Culture management and development

  • Identify and build on cultural & team building initiatives
  • Conduct market surveys, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement in recruitment process, performance and overall EVP

Analytics and ATS

  • Management and maintenance of applicant tracking system (BreezyHR) recommending strategy and continuous improvement
  • Provide recruitment metrics and reporting that contribute to tracking recruitment performance and driving data led decisions throughout the business.
